Yes. You must complete and pass the chauffeur training module before registering for LC Hub membership.
Which module should I start with?
Start with chauffeur training. The London knowledge test is provided separately so you can also practise your knowledge of the capital.
Where can I find the assessment rules?
Read the instructions displayed inside each module. Follow the rules, answer requirements and result guidance shown there.
What should I do when I finish?
Follow the module’s result-submission instructions. After passing chauffeur training, continue to the registration page and prepare the requested documents.
Does passing training approve my membership?
No. Training is part of the joining process. Membership also requires registration, document verification, approval and completion of the required payments.
What if I have a technical problem?
Contact the LC Hub admin team on WhatsApp. Explain which module you are using and what happens when you try to continue.
