By accessing or using any part of LCH—including our website, WhatsApp groups, booking system, and communication channels—you agree to comply with these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1. Introduction

London Chauffeurs Hub is a UK-based network that connects:

  • Chauffeurs offering licensed, professional driving services,

  • Operators managing vehicle fleets and dispatch services,

  • Customers booking chauffeur-driven vehicles for personal or business travel.

2. Eligibility

To use LCH, you must:

  • Be at least 21 years old.

  • Provide accurate and truthful information when registering or booking.

  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

3. User Types & Responsibilities

a) Chauffeurs

  • Must hold a valid private hire/chauffeur license.

  • Are responsible for vehicle insurance, licensing, and compliance.

  • Must behave professionally at all times and maintain vehicle standards.

  • May receive bookings directly or via operators through LCH.

b) Operators

  • Must run a licensed private hire/chauffeur operation.

  • May post jobs, assign bookings, or manage fleets via the LCH network.

  • Are responsible for job rates, payments to chauffeurs, and client handling.

c) Customers

  • May use LCH to request quotes, book chauffeur services, or be referred to trusted operators.

  • Are responsible for providing accurate journey details and respecting the booking terms.

  • May deal directly with the chauffeur or operator depending on how the booking is processed.

4. Job Sharing & Bookings

  • LCH acts as a facilitator, not an agent, employer, or booking intermediary.

  • Bookings between chauffeurs, operators, and customers are agreed independently.

  • LCH is not liable for any issues arising from service agreements, delays, or disputes.

  • Customers may be matched with an operator or chauffeur based on vehicle needs and availability.

5. Payments and Fees

  • Chauffeurs and operators manage their own pricing and payment agreements.

  • LCH does not charge commission on jobs shared within the network.

  • Any optional premium listings or advertising will be clearly outlined with upfront pricing.

6. WhatsApp & Communication Channels

LCH uses WhatsApp groups and other tools to share jobs and updates.

All users must:

  • Be respectful and professional.

  • Share only relevant information (e.g., job posts, availability).

  • Avoid spam, self-promotion (unless approved), or unverified claims.

Admin decisions on group access and content moderation are final.

7. Insurance & Liability

  • Chauffeurs and operators are solely responsible for their vehicle insurance, passenger coverage, and public liability compliance.

  • Customers are advised to review terms provided directly by the operator or chauffeur.

  • LCH is not responsible for:

    • Accidents or breakdowns.

    • Late arrivals, no-shows, or miscommunication.

    • Lost items or client dissatisfaction.

8. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellation and refund policies are determined by the individual chauffeur or operator.

  • Customers must confirm these terms directly with the service provider.

  • LCH does not process refunds, cancellations, or booking amendments.

9. Privacy & Data Use

We collect only necessary personal data to facilitate communication, bookings, or support.

  • Your information may be shared with trusted operators or chauffeurs for operational reasons only.

  • We do not sell personal data to third parties.

10. Intellectual Property

All branding, content, and digital assets of London Chauffeurs Hub are the property of LCH.
You may not copy, redistribute, or reuse any material without written consent.

11. Termination & Suspension

We may suspend or terminate your access to LCH if:

  • You breach these Terms.

  • You engage in abusive, dishonest, or unsafe conduct.

  • You spam or misuse our communication channels.

Users may leave the platform voluntarily at any time by notifying admin or unsubscribing from our groups and systems.

12. Amendments

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and shared via email or WhatsApp. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any changes.
